Toasted Bacon And Salami Sandwiches


8 slices bacon
4 slices salami
4 slices cheddar cheese
8 slices bread

On a griddle, or frying pan, fry bacon and set aside. Fry Salami until it starts poofing up in the middle, then flip it until it poofs up in the middle again.

Place 2 slices of bacon on bread, followed by a slice of cheese, then a slice of Salami. Place whole sandwich on griddle for 10-15 seconds per side or until lightly toasted.

Serve.
