Peanut Butter Shake

(I got this off of a box of Swiss Miss a few years back)

1 cup milk
2 envelopes (1 oz each) Hot Cocoa Mix
1 whole banana (optional in my opinion)
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2-3 ice cubes
whipped cream
Kahlua, or other liquor (optional)

In blender, add milk and hot cocoa mix, blend well. Add banana, peanut butter, and ice. Blend until thick and frothy. Add more ice if desired, blend well. Pour into 2 tall glasses. Garnish with whipped cream.

Prep time: 10 minutes.

During mixing process, add your favorite liquor for a great adult beverage.

White Russian

Ok, so this isn't my own recipe, but it's my favorite drink, so that counts.

1 park vodka
1 part milk or cream (In truth, I use about 1.5 parts milk)
1 part Kahlua

Mix. Serve on the rocks.

The dude abides!

Beer Fajitas

(I saw this recipe on food network, but steak was used instead of chicken. I used chicken, and it was great!)

1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1-2 bell peppers
1 onion
4 oz. your favorite beer
1 packet store bought fajita seasoning (1.15 oz)
Cheese
Salsa
Sour Cream
Flour Tortilla's

Flatten Chicken Breast by placing on top of a dry paper towell, covering with another paper towell, and pounding with a mallot or bottom of a skillet until about 1/4" thick. Slice Chicken into long thin strips, about the thickness of your index finger or pinky. Slice Onion and bell peppers.

Pour beer into a crockpot, and stir in fajita seasoning packet. Place Chicken, peppers, and onion into Crockpot. Stir mixture together if you like, but it's not entirely necessary. Cook in crockpot for 8 hours on low setting.

Strain mixture if you wish after cooking time is complete. Place mixture on flour tortillas, top with Sour Cream, Cheese, Salsa, and anything else you wish. Enjoy.

Rum Jell-O Shots

1 3 oz. Package of Strawberry Bannana Jello
4 oz. of water
14 oz. of Rum.

Boil 4 oz. of water, then stir in Jell-O mix. Once the Jell-O dissolves in the boiled water, stir in 14 oz. of cold Rum (about 1 3/4 cup of rum). Pour into small shot glasses. Put in the fridge and wait a few hours until Jell-O has gel'd.

Try flavored rum to match, or contrast, the flavor of Jell-O that you use.
